More on GPS tracking in the criminal prosecution world

The Fifth District Court of Appeals recently issued a new decision concerning the use of GPS devices in criminal cases.    In this recent decision, the Court held that the police were not permitted to plant a GPS device on the defendant's car without a warrant.    See the rest of the newspaper article.   And see the written decision.
