Motion to Suppress Success

We recently prevailed on what is called a “Motion to Suppress,” which sometimes has to be filed in a DUI case.  

We proved to the Court that the police officer (a State Trooper) did not follow the proper protocol in doing the DUI investigation.  

The City in question is appealing that ruling, but we know we will prevail on that appeal.
