Drugged Driving Arrests Increasing
/Drinking and driving is a known offense but the Ohio State Highway Patrol is also cracking down on drugged driving.
According to The Ohio State Highway Patrol, “there were 3,915 drugged driving crashes in Ohio during 2019. Of the 1,041 fatal crashes, 35 percent had at least one driver or pedestrian test positive for an illegal or prescription drugs.”
