Ohio Restrictions Enforceable by Law?

It has now been two months since schools, offices and all non-essential businesses closed.

We have become accustomed to the new normal of staying at home only with our immediate family.

With Gov. Mike DeWine’s stay at home shelter order, Scene magazine reported, “DeWine repeated that these protocols will now be part of an order, "not a suggestion," and that they can be enforced by both local health departments and law enforcement.”

This means hosting parties, an event or even a larger family function with more than 10 people is in direct violation of the state orders and is in fact enforceable by law.

We have been encouraging all family members to take a walk outside if things escalate or get heated inside the house, and as the restrictions ease and businesses slowly re-open, we continue to follow all protocols as these are legally mandated.

Our office has been working tirelessly to help clients in the midst of these current conditions and if you are in need of help, contact us today.
