That’s why we’re excited to share some big news: we’re moving our offices from Downtown Cleveland to the historic Old River Road in Rocky River, Ohio!
Beginning September 1, 2025, you’ll find us at our new address:

Our new home, known today as the Old River Building, carries a rich history. Once the Rocky River City Hall in the 1930s and 40s, this building has long been a cornerstone of the community. It now also houses the well-known Tartine Bistro, making it a lively and welcoming location.
Why the Move?
While our time in Cleveland’s Warehouse District has been meaningful, we wanted to provide our clients and employees with a more convenient experience. One of the biggest advantages of our new location is free and easily accessible parking—no more downtown parking hassles or long walks to our office.
We believe this change will make every visit to Lipson O’Shea more efficient and enjoyable.
